Tele Pizza in Hilden

Zero stars would be appropriate here, good, reasonable restaurants had to close and then you order here because you can't eat on site. I don't even know what to say about it, that should be sent to the health department. The nuggets were the size of pea gristle, and the noodles were bone dry. We ordered with 4 people for 40 € and nobody ate their meal. I would like to add a photo to it. Update: After my call to the branch, where I was turned on rather stupidly and was also told that bad food cannot be possible, my impression was confirmed, whoever behaves like this cooks like that ... By the way, something in the picture can be seen, on the one hand, are Tortellini Carbonara (I think telepizza should really deal with what that means) and linguini arrabbiata (also here, it even tasted sweet .....)

Today we ordered pizza & pizza rolls for the whole office. A team lunch, so to speak, during the lunch break. Since I've never ordered pizza from Tele, I agreed (ordering pizza was originally my idea). We pre-ordered at 8:30 a.m. for delivery at 12:30 p.m. At 12:30 p.m., the headquarters answered, pizza is there. Punctuality is a virtue, but apparently not impossible, so thumbs up. Pizzas & Co. were delicious, the entire team was satisfied. Is just system catering, everything as specified and probably always the same. Only 4 stars, as the prices are not necessarily cheap, I get an even more delicious pizza at the Italian restaurant next door. But you can not have it all.

I've been ordering something for a long time: a salami pizza and a salad. There are 4 small slices of salami on the pizza, every 2nd piece without salami. In addition, only lukewarm ... and the salad is also a cheek. Mega small .... It's a shame, but never again.

Two pizzas were ordered in two separate order processes one minute apart. However, we only received the first order. After a call to the responsible branch, we were told that the system had recently deleted the second order for so quickly consecutive orders and that the order had therefore not been processed (money was still debited and did not come back). Since the first order was already cold at the time, we asked for an exchange of the first order on goodwill. (Of course, on the premise that we haven't touched them yet). A concession from the service provider is not to be expected under any circumstances. In addition, I was found to be responsible for not processing the second order. You will never order here again.

Has potential to become my favorite pizzeria. Very tasty pizza with thin dough. Many pizzas ordered, but they always tasted the best. Praise the pizza maker !!! Delivery within 30min. Everything great.
